Key Responsibilities

Lead technical design and delivery of Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions.

Architect scalable solutions using Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Azure services.

Guide teams on C#, Plugins, PCF Controls, JavaScript, and integrations.

Own solution architecture, ALM, DevOps pipelines, and environment strategy.

Conduct code reviews and enforce performance, security, and development best practices.

Collaborate with business and functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Lead integrations using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and APIs.

Drive troubleshooting, performance optimization, and production support.

Mentor developers and contribute to capability-building initiatives.

Must Have





Solid hands-on expertise in Dynamics 365 CE customization and extension.

Advanced experience with Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse.

Strong development experience in C#, Plugins, PCF Controls, JavaScript, and integrations.

Hands-on experience with Azure Integration Services (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management).

Expertise in solution architecture, security model, performance optimization, and ALM.

Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipeline implementation.

Proven experience leading development teams, code reviews, and technical governance.

Good to Have

Experience with Power Pages, Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, and enterprise integration architecture.

Relevant certifications such as PL-400, PL-600, AZ-204, or MB-600.
