Shift : 6 PM to 3 AM

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter with 1 4 years of hands-on US IT Staffing experience to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end US IT Recruitment for technical requirements.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder and other US job portals.
- Work extensively on W2 and C2C requirements.
- Screen and qualify candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, and work authorization.
- Strong understanding of W2, C2C, EAD, CPT & OPT work authorizations.
- Conduct candidate interviews and qualification calls.
- Submit qualified candidates to clients and follow up through the interview and hiring process.
- Coordinate interviews, offer discussions, and onboarding.
- Maintain strong candidate relationships and database.




- Take complete ownership of assigned requirements and drive them toward closure.
- Meet daily/weekly recruitment targets and submission goals.

Required Skills:

- 1 4 years of US IT Recruitment experience
- Hands-on experience with US Staffing / US IT Recruitment
- Strong experience using Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder or similar sourcing platforms.
- Good knowledge of technical positions and IT skill sets.
- Solid understanding of W2, C2C, EAD, CPT & OPT.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and committed to closures.
- Ability to work independently in a quick-paced US staffing environment.
