Key Responsibilities

- Manage projects from planning to installation, commissioning, and final handover.
- Develop project schedules, track milestones, resources, costs, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Procurement, Logistics, Engineering, and After-Sales teams.
- Manage customers, contractors, consultants, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor project quality, safety, compliance, and risks.
- Handle change orders, variations, and project documentation.
- Coordinate site execution, commissioning, testing, and customer acceptance.
- Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports, meeting minutes, and project records.
- Resolve technical and site-related issues to ensure timely project completion.
- Conduct post-project reviews and drive process improvements.
- Support customer training, technical briefings, and successful project handover.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or above in HVAC, Refrigeration, Thermal Energy Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building MEP, or a related engineering discipline.




- Minimum 5+ years of project management experience in HVAC, industrial refrigeration, industrial cooling equipment, or MEP contracting.
- Experience managing large-scale cooling tower, heat exchanger, or industrial cooling projects is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of MEP project delivery workflows, industry standards, and acceptance procedures.
- Experience managing projects across their complete lifecycle.
- Proficiency in WBS scheduling, cost control, change management, and risk assessment.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Project, Primavera, and MS Excel.
- Solid understanding of equipment installation, commissioning, and acceptance processes.
- Strong awareness of project cost, quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and high-pressure environments.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
