Job Title : Lead Guidewire PolicyCenter Developer

Job Type : Full-Time / Contract

Experienced : 8-15 years

Location : Hyderabad, Telangana

Responsibilities:

- 8 15 years of hands-on experience in Guidewire InsuranceSuite implementation and development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter.
- Strong proficiency in Gosu, Java, SQL, XML, and XSLT.
- Hands-on experience with Guidewire Studio.
- Experience developing and supporting SOAP/REST API integrations.
- Experience with Git and GitHub and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot or similar AI pair-programming/development tools.
- Experience working with both Commercial Lines and Personal Lines insurance processes is preferred.
- Experience with Jira, SVN, and Agile development methodologies.
- Positive understanding of Generative AI concepts and practical applications in software development.
- Strong knowledge of Guidewire Rules, Workflows, Data Model, and configuration.




- Familiarity with SmartCOMM, GhostDraft, or similar document generation platforms.
- Strong understanding of Property & Casualty (P&C;) Insurance.
- Design, develop, configure, and maintain Guidewire PolicyCenter applications and solutions.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Guidewire and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Perform Guidewire configuration and development using Gosu, Java, SQL, XML, and XSLT.
- Work extensively with Guidewire Studio, Rules, Workflows, Data Model, UI configuration, and application components.
- Apply appropriate GenAI and AI-assisted development practices while maintaining coding standards, security, and quality.
- Develop and execute unit and integration tests and support system and regression testing.
- Provide technical support to QA, UAT, and production environments.
- Troubleshoot complex application and integration issues and perform detailed root-cause analysis.

Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
