Job Description:

- Design, develop, configure, and customize solutions using Dynamics 365 CRM / Customer Engagement.

- Build and implement AI copilots and agentic solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.

- Develop business applications and automation using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and other Power Platform services.

- Integrate Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions with external applications and enterprise systems using APIs and Azure services.

- Configure and customize Dataverse, including tables, relationships, business rules, security, and data integration.

- Work with Microsoft Foundry for AI application development, including model hosting, model deployment, observability, monitoring, and evaluation.

- Implement AI-powered solutions by integrating Azure AI / Microsoft Foundry models with CRM and business applications.

- Monitor application and AI model performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize solutions for scalability and reliability.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

- Follow Microsoft best practices for security, governance, ALM, deployment, and solution management.
