Role Overview

We are looking for an Amazon Ads Specialist to drive profitable growth through Amazon advertising. You will own campaign strategy, execution, optimization, and performance analysis, with a strong focus on ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, hands-on with Amazon Ads, and understands performance marketing and ecommerce growth.

WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?

- Own and manage Amazon Ads campaigns across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.
- Develop campaign strategies, budgets, targeting, bidding, and optimization plans to achieve business and ROAS targets.
- Conduct keyword, search term, competitor, and product-level analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor and optimize key metrics including ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, CTR, CPC, CVR, and ad sales.
- Scale high-performing campaigns while reducing inefficient ad spend.
- Plan advertising strategies for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and major Amazon events.




- Analyze campaign and sales data to identify trends and recommend actionable improvements.
- Work with the Marketplace and Creative teams to improve product visibility and conversion.
- Prepare regular performance reports and track advertising performance against targets.
- Continuously test new keywords, targeting, bidding, and campaign strategies.
- Google Ads experience is a strong plus, particularly Search, Shopping, and Performance Max.

Who You Are

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Amazon Ads / Performance Marketing, preferably with D2C or ecommerce brands.
- Strong understanding of Amazon Ads, campaign structuring, keyword targeting, bidding, and optimization.
- Proven experience managing advertising budgets and delivering profitable growth.
- Strong understanding of ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, CPC, CTR, CVR, and CAC.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
- Experience with Google Ads, GA4, GTM, or Google Merchant Center is a plus.
- High ownership, attention to detail, and ability to work in a quick-paced environment.
