We’re Hiring: Assistant Manager – GDS Ticketing

Location: Mumbai

Work Mode: Work From Office

Shift: Rotational Shifts

We are looking for an experienced qualified to join our team as an Assistant Manager (AM) – GDS Ticketing(Travel)

Key Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline

• 5–7 years of relevant experience in ticketing

• Hands-on expertise in GDS systems such as GDS and Amadeus

• Strong knowledge of airline ticketing, fare rules, and reservations

• Ability to work in rotational shifts

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills along with international voice non voice

- Team Handling, Performance review, operational Metrics, Attrition Management, SLA adherence, Escalation handling experience is must

Role Overview:





• Manage end-to-end ticketing operations

• Handle complex itineraries and escalations

• Ensure accuracy and compliance with airline policies

• Support team performance and operational efficiency
