As a Copywriter, you will work closely with performance marketing, brand, design, category, and analytics teams to develop compelling copy across multiple digital channels. You will be responsible for translating marketing briefs and business objectives into clear, persuasive communication that captures attention and drives action.

The role requires someone who can confidently work across formats including video scripts, performance marketing banners, digital campaigns, paid social, landing pages, and other marketing assets. You will also contribute to maintaining a consistent brand voice while adapting messaging for different audiences, platforms, and campaign objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop engaging, conversion-oriented copy for performance marketing banners, video scripts, digital campaigns, and other marketing assets.
- Create messaging that aligns with campaign objectives, audience insights, and performance goals.
- Maintain and strengthen the brand's voice and tone across digital communication channels.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, category, and performance teams to execute integrated campaigns.
- Translate creative and marketing briefs into clear, compelling, and impactful copy.
- Research target audiences, market trends, competitors, and consumer behaviour to develop relevant messaging.
- Create multiple copy variations for testing across performance marketing campaigns.
- Work with analytics and performance teams to understand content effectiveness and identify opportunities to optimise messaging.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting tight deadlines.
- Contribute creative concepts, campaign ideas, taglines, hooks,



and messaging frameworks.
- Ensure all communication is grammatically accurate, consistent, engaging, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Adapt copy across different platforms, formats, audiences, and stages of the customer journey.

What Makes You a Great Fit
- 6–8 years of professional copywriting experience, preferably within an agency, digital marketing, media, or performance marketing environment.
- Strong experience creating copy for digital and performance marketing campaigns.
- Proven ability to write video scripts, advertising copy, banners, social media content, and campaign messaging.
- Excellent conceptual thinking, storytelling, and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional command of English, grammar, vocabulary, and written communication.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, audience behaviour, and conversion-focused communication.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across writing styles, formats, campaigns, and digital platforms.
- Ability to balance creative quality with business and performance objectives.
- Robust research skills and an understanding of consumer, market, and competitor insights.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight timelines.
- Experience in fintech, digital payments, BFSI, or consumer technology is an advantage.
- Exposure to paid social, PPC, email marketing, or other performance marketing channels is preferred.
- Familiarity with tools such as ChatGPT, Figma, Canva, or similar creative technologies is an added advantage.
- A proactive mindset, curiosity, and willingness to continuously experiment, learn, and improve creative performance.
