Project Management & Coordination: Developing project plans, schedules, and budgets, while overseeing installation and commissioning to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Technical Design & Review: Reviewing and creating detailed HVAC layouts, schematics, and technical submittals, including heat load calculations
Site Supervision: Conducting regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve conflicts, coordinating with Clients/PMC/ Architects at site. Manpower allocation and management.
System Commissioning: HVAC System commissioning procedures to be followed as per Manufacturer standards.
Documentation & Compliance: Maintaining project records, drawings, and reports, ensuring all work adheres to ASHRAE, ISHRAE, and NBC standards.
