- Coordination with Engineering for submission of Drawings and other engineering documents to customer.
- Getting drawing approval from customer.
- Claim submission and negotiation with customer.
- Cost and overall milestone monitoring throughout the order execution.
- Close coordination with Operations and logistic for scheduling of order inspection.
- Coordination with customer for Inspection and dispatch related activities.
- Coordination for Post dispatch supervision / service activities.
- Escalation management which includes handling communication with higher management internally and at customer end.
