Role Overview

We are looking for an Assistant Project Manager – Civil & Interior Fit-Out with prior experience in commercial, retail, hospitality, and interior execution projects. The role is primarily office-based and involves coordinating with site teams, vendors, consultants, and clients to ensure smooth project execution

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and monitor ongoing site execution through site teams.
- Manage and guide site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and vendors.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, MEP teams, consultants, and clients.
- Review drawings, BOQs, quantities, specifications, and project requirements.
- Prepare and review BOQs, quantity take-offs, and basic costing.
- Track project progress, timelines, budgets,



and execution quality.
- Understand project financials, including budgeting, costing, variations, and vendor bills, with willingness to develop commercial knowledge.
- Ensure timely reporting, documentation, and project updates.
- Attend in-person client meetings and site visits as required.
- Travel inter-city/inter-state based on ongoing project and client requirements.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of relevant experience in civil/interior fit-out execution.
- Experience in commercial, retail, or hospitality projects preferred.
- Good site team and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to understand drawings and prepare BOQs.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- English and Hindi proficiency mandatory.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and project documentation.
- Willingness to travel as required.
