JSW Sports is looking for a Head of Sports Tourism and Experiences to join their team in Mumbai.Key Responsibilities:Strategy & Business DevelopmentLead the strategy, design, and launch of the Sports Tourism & Experiences verticalIdentify and develop sports- and entertainment-led travel products including fan tours, athlete and celebrity experiences, training camps, concerts, festivals, and event-led travel packagesBuild partnerships with sports organizations, leagues, clubs, federations, travel operators, hospitality brands, entertainment companies and venue partnersEvaluate and pursue new market opportunities across domestic and international marketsCurate and develop sports IPs, entertainment properties, live experiences, and event-based offeringsCommercial & Revenue DevelopmentDesign sustainable revenue models and pricing strategiesExplore ticketing and ticket resale opportunitiesStructure partnerships, sponsorships, and commercial agreementsBuild a pipeline of premium experiences around major sporting events, entertainment events, academies, concerts, festivals, and athlete-led programsOperations & ExecutionOversee end-to-end planning and execution of sports, entertainment, and fan experiencesEnsure operational excellence across hospitality, logistics,



travel, and event managementEstablish scalable processes, vendor partnerships, and customer experience standardsInvestment & Financial OversightDevelop financial models, budgets, and business plans for the verticalEvaluate feasibility, ROI, and commercial sustainability of current initiativesOwn and manage P&L; responsibilitiesTeam Building & LeadershipBuild and lead a cross-functional team across partnerships, operations, and marketingCollaborate closely with internal stakeholders across sports, strategy, and commercial functionsIdeal Candidate:12+ years of relevant experienceProven experience owning business outcomes and P&L; responsibilityExperience building or scaling consumer-facing businesses, premium travel experiences, hospitality ventures, or entertainment-led experiencesStrong commercial instincts with experience in deal structuring, partnerships, and revenue developmentAbility to build a vertical from scratchBackground in sports, entertainment, hospitality, travel, events, experiential businesses or investment bankingStrong network within the sports and entertainment ecosystem is a plus
