Description We are seeking an experienced SAP program manager to assist our customer in a global roll-out of SAP S/4 HANA. This role is responsible for driving execution within the APAC region, ensuring alignment to global integration milestones and maintaining rigorous control over deliverables, risks, and dependencies.This is a hands-on execution role. The candidate is expected to actively drive progress, follow up with stakeholders, and ensure regional commitments are delivered — not just report status.In addition, the role will support local execution of change management activities, partnering with the central change team to ensure adoption and readiness at the regional level.ResponsibilitiesOversee large-scale SAP implementation and upgrade projects, ensuring that multiple related projects align with overall business goals, budgets, and timelinesEnsure coordination across multiple SAP initiatives and projectsAlign global stakeholders and keep projects within the SAP program on trackDrive Regional Execution: Own and drive the regional execution plan; ensure alignment to global milestones, timelines and strategyPlan, Milestones & RAID Management: Maintain detailed plans; track milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies; drive mitigation and recovery actionsCross-Functional Coordination: Manage project dependencies across regions and functions; remove blockers and keep program execution movingGovernance & Reporting:



Provide accurate program status updates; support governance forums; escalate risks and issues as neededStakeholder Management: Drive accountability across regional stakeholders through structured follow-ups and action trackingChange Execution Support: Execute regional change activities (e.g., communications, training coordination, readiness tracking) in alignment with the central change teamQualificationsMinimum 10 years of program / project management experience, in large-scale SAP programsExperience running large, complex portfolios of projects rather than just a single projectDeep knowledge of SAP systems, architecture, and deployment lifecyclesExperience driving large-scale SAP programs within the APAC regionExperience working across global, cross-functional teamsAbility to drive execution across multiple stakeholders and geographiesStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholdersHands-on experience with project management tools (ADO, Smartsheet, SharePoint, Concur)Robust written and verbal communication skillsStrong stakeholder management skillsAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team environmentEagerness to grow into broader PM responsibilities within the programPMP and PgMP certifications a big plusWorking Model & Time Zone ExpectationsOffshore role with required daily overlap with US Eastern Time (morning EST)Align to APAC stakeholders + US coordinationMust be comfortable operating across multiple time zones
