The candidate will be responsible for managing platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart and Quick Commerce , ensuring smooth operations, accurate inventory, pricing, cataloguing and sales tracking.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day operations across Amazon, Flipkart and Quick Commerce platforms .Monitor daily sales, orders, inventory, pricing and product availability .Manage and maintain product listings, catalogues, content, images and pricing.Track SKU-wise sales performance and identify growth opportunities.Monitor inventory and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely inwarding and replenishment.Ensure products are live, in stock and correctly mapped across platforms.Monitor marketplace offers,



discounts and pricing to ensure correct brand positioning.Track cancellations, returns, damages and other operational metrics.Coordinate with marketplace KAMs and platform teams to resolve operational issues.Support new SKU launches and ensure timely onboarding across platforms.Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales and operational MIS .Analyse marketplace data to identify reasons for sales growth or decline.Conduct competitor analysis covering pricing, assortment, ratings, reviews and availability .Ensure marketplace hygiene and resolve listing, pricing, inventory and operational issues proactively.Required Skills & ExperienceMinimum 1 year of experience in E-commerce/Marketplace Operations .Hands-on experience with Amazon and Flipkart is preferred.Experience with Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart or other Quick Commerce platforms will be an advantage.Strong knowledge of MS Excel , including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and basic formulas.Positive understanding of marketplace operations, inventory and sales metrics.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Good communication and coordination skills.Ability to manage multiple platforms and tasks simultaneously.Strong attention to detail and ownership.Key Focus AreasMarketplace Operations | Sales Tracking | Inventory Management | Cataloguing | Pricing | Order Management | MIS & Reporting | Marketplace Coordination | Business GrowthNote: This is an operations and business management role and does not include performance marketing or advertising responsibilities.
