This is a remote position aligned to UK working hours, ideal for someone who has trained in a traditional IB, PE, or transaction advisory environment and is looking for a high-ownership role with global exposure.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain detailed financial models (DCF, LBO, comparable company/precedent transaction analysis)Prepare pitch books, investment memoranda, and client-facing presentationsConduct industry, market, and company research to support deal origination and executionSupport due diligence processes for M&A;, fundraising, or strategic transactionsAssist in valuation exercises across multiple methodologiesCoordinate with cross-functional teams (legal, product, leadership) during live transactionsTrack deal pipelines, market trends, and competitor activityPrepare board decks, investor updates, and ad hoc financial analysesRequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance,
