Job Purpose :- We are looking for a People & Culture Executive who will be responsible for driving employee engagement initiatives and creating a positive, connected, and vibrant workplace culture.Who You Are :-2–4 years of experience in HR, People & Culture, Employee Engagement, or Employee Experience.Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.Creative, energetic, and passionate about creating engaging employee experiences.Strong event planning and execution skills.Comfortable working with employees and stakeholders across all levels.What Will Excite Us :-Experience in planning and executing Fun Fridays, Town Halls, team-building activities, celebrations, and employee events.Hands-on experience managing Rewards & Recognition (R&R;)
