Our first Kashmir installation goes live this September, and we’re hiring one person to own this market.That person might be you.What you’ll doYou will be Hectre’s face in the valley — the person CA store owners, packhouse operators, and fruit traders call when they want to understand what objective, camera-based grading can do for their business.Build and own the sales pipeline across Kashmir’s fruit belt — Pulwama, Shopian, Sopore, Anantnag, and beyondRun demonstrations and walk prospective customers through live Arc installationsSupport our implementation team during installations and be the trusted local point of contact for customersRepresent Hectre with industry bodies, CA storage associations, and growers’ networksFeed market intelligence back to our product and leadership teams — you’ll work directly with the foundersWho we’re looking forBased in or near LassiporaDeep roots in Kashmir’s fruit economy.



You’ve worked in or sold to CA storage units, packhouses, fruit trading, mandis, or horticulture supply — and the industry knows your nameA record of B2B selling. You can run a commercial conversation about capex, payback, and operations with a business owner — not just a product pitchFluent English plus Urdu and/or Kashmiri. You’ll work daily with our global team and your local marketSelf-driven. You’ll be our only person in the region, with real autonomy and real accountability.
