As a Senior Data Loss Prevention (DLP) , you will work as a part of our Cyber Security team, and you will collaborate with other IT professionals to ensure that sensitive data is protected from unauthorized access misuse, and breaches.Educational qualifications & Experience:1. Bachelor’s/Master's degree in computer science, Information Security, or related field.2. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or OSCP are a plus.Responsibilities- 10–12 years of experience in data loss prevention, data discovery/classification, and database/data security.- Experience with DSPM tools and integration in hybrid environments.- Familiarity with security standards and frameworks such as GDPR, ISO 27001, and NIST.- Experience with DLP, DSPM, disk encryption tools and automation.- Manage a comprehensive DLP program, including data discovery, classification, and protection policies.- Conduct DLP and DSPM assessments to identify, mitigate,



and report data protection risks.- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations across multiple geographies.- Collaborate with legal teams to review contracts and MSAs for DLP compliance.- Oversee deployment and tuning of disk encryption technologies (e.g., BitLocker).- Understanding of Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and evaluate vendor risks from a DLP perspective.- Participate in Architecture Review Board (ARB) reviews to ensure DLP/DAM/DSPM considerations are integrated.- Manage and respond to data breaches and DLP incidents.- Stay up to date with the latest DLP trends, threats, and technologiesRelevant experience in Data Security Posture Management (DSPM), disk encryption controls, Database Activity Monitoring (DAM) solutions can connect at [email protected] OR reach at (phone hidden)
