Hiring | Tax Manager - US Corporate /Partnership /Individual HNI Taxation (Form 1120 /1065/1040)Location: BangaloreEnrolled Agent (EA)- MandatoryKey ResponsibilitiesAdvise clients on US Corporate/Partnership/Individual Tax matters across diverse engagements.Lead engagement planning by defining tax service scope, objectives, and delivery methodologies.Oversee tax planning, analysis, and recommendations to meet client requirements.Review and manage Federal, State, Local, and International tax returns , including estimated payments and extensions.Review Forms 1120/1065 or 1040 (HNI) and ensure technical accuracy and compliance.Monitor and apply changes in US tax laws and regulations relevant to client engagements.Manage multiple client engagements, priorities, timelines, and deliverables.Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and stakeholder management.Lead, mentor, and supervise Tax Seniors and Associates ,



providing coaching and technical guidance.Preferred ExpertiseStrong knowledge of US Corporate Tax (1120) / Partnership Tax (1065) / Individual Tax (1040 – HNI) .Exposure to Trust & Estate Taxation will be an added advantage.Experience with large, multi-state, or internationally active middle-market clients preferred.Strong experience in client management, team leadership, and tax review.Prior experience in Big 4, public accounting, or skilled services preferred.QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field .Enrolled Agent (EA) is Mandatory.5+ years of relevant US Taxation experience.Minimum 1 year of experience leading, supervising, or mentoring teams .Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
