Let's move together!About the RoleWe are looking for a Lead / Senior Business Analyst to solve complex business problems through data and analytics. The role will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to structure problems, analyze data, identify opportunities and risks, and translate insights into actionable business decisions.The role is analytics and SQL driven, with exposure to BI/visualization tools, advanced spreadsheets and automation.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with business stakeholders to understand problems, define analytical requirements and develop data-driven solutions.Analyze large datasets using SQL to identify trends, opportunities, performance gaps and root causes.Build and maintain analytical datasets, metrics and reporting frameworks to support business decisions.Conduct deep-dive analysis and translate findings into clear recommendations and business actions.Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Looker, Tableau or PowerBI.Build advanced Excel / Google Sheets models for analysis,



scenario planning and business cases.Track key business metrics and proactively identify risks, opportunities and areas for improvement.Work cross-functionally to drive analytical projects from problem definition through recommendation and implementation.Present analysis and recommendations clearly to business and senior stakeholders.Identify opportunities to improve reporting and analytical processes through automation; Python or scripting experience is a plus.Qualifications & Skills3–8 years of experience in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Strategy, Consulting or a similaranalytical role.Strong SQL skills, including complex joins, CTEs, aggregations and window functions.Strong logical and structured problem-solving ability, with experience handling ambiguousbusiness problems.Strong business and commercial acumen, with the ability to connect analysis to business outcomes.Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills.Working experience with at least one BI / visualization tool, such as Looker, Tableau or Power BI.Ability to communicate analytical findings clearly and translate them into actionable recommendations.Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.Experience working with large datasets and independently driving analytical projects.Experience in e-commerce, retail, FMCG, marketplace or other fast-paced businesses is preferred.Python, R, Google Apps Script or other automation experience is a plus.Exposure to forecasting, statistical analysis or advanced analytics is a plus.Who will excel?We’re looking for people with high standards, who understand that hard work matters.You need to be relentlessly resourceful and operate with a deep bias for action.We need people with the courage to be fiercely original.
