About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Designer specializing in men’s shirts to join our creative team. The role involves end‑to‑end design development, from concept research to production handover, ensuring timely completion of seasonal collections.

Key Responsibilities

- Concept research and design development for upcoming seasons
- Preparing creative samples and tech packs; coordinating with vendors for timely range completion
- Graphic design for labels, trims, and product sampling
- Providing design support and tech packs for selected styles to ensure smooth production handovers
- Conducting market visits for design intelligence and competitive brand study
- Monitoring sell‑through data to improve product design and collection performance
- Making adjustments in fits as per market requirements





Desired Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in Fashion Design (NIFT / Pearl or equivalent)
- 7–9 years of experience with domestic fashion brands
- Robust expertise in men’s shirt design, fabrics, and garment construction
- Proficiency in design software: CorelDRAW, Illustrator, Photoshop
- Skilled in pattern making and garment construction
- Excellent communication skills and team spirit
- Additional graphic design skills will be an advantage
