We are seeking an experienced Duck Creek Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of Duck Creek conversion and support projects. This role requires a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of Duck Creek solutions within the Property & Casualty insurance space.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end implementation or upgrade projects for Duck Creek (Billing, Policy, Claims).
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, resource estimates, timelines, and budgets.
- Lead cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, testers, and external vendors.
- Ensure timely delivery of milestones, manage risks, and resolve issues proactively.
- Drive communication across stakeholders including business users, IT teams, and executive sponsors.




- Monitor project KPIs and prepare regular status reports and executive updates.
- Ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 12+ years of project management experience in enterprise IT or insurance.
- 6+ years managing Duck Creek implementation or enhancement projects.
- Strong understanding of the Duck Creek Suite (Policy, Billing, Claims, Author).
- Proven experience with Agile methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Working Hours:

- Shift Timing: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM (IST)
