Business Development Manager

Timings: 10 am to 7 pm (only Sunday off)

Salary: Depends on experience 20k to 50k

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as credit analysis and operations to facilitate efficient loan processing and closing.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the lending industry.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, product demonstrations, and financial solutions to prospective clients.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of loan agreements while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Should have experience with all kinds of loans: MSME, SME,



Working Capital, CGTMSE, BL, HL, LAP, and all types of retail loans.
- Mentor and coach junior sales staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance and professional development.
- Should have good contacts with bankers for easy disbursement of loans.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in loan sales, preferably in a senior or managerial role.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Solid understanding of financial products, lending practices, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
