We are seeking a Sourcing Manager to join our Real Estate Business Development team. In this role, you will be instrumental in expanding our network and identifying current real estate projects.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience
Responsibilities
- Build and expand networks with Real Estate Brokers and Developers in various locations.
- Source projects within designated catchment areas.
- Liaise with developers to source projects in accordance with company guidelines.
- Study and interpret statutory documents related to land and projects.
- Conduct site surveys, project assessments, and facility reviews, followed by data entry for the surveys.
Requirements
- Proven exposure to Residential Real Estate Construction.
- Existing connections with Real Estate Brokers and Developers.
- Proficiency in the local language is required.
