ABOUT THE ROLE

Mittal Alliance Industries Private Limited is looking for dedicated, disciplined, and growth-oriented Marketing Interns who are willing to contribute to long-term business development and marketing operations in a fully remote setting.

The selected candidate will work closely with the management and marketing team on lead generation, outreach, communication, branding, research, and business development activities.

Candidates must be highly professional, responsive, self-disciplined, and capable of working in a fast-paced remote environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Conduct marketing and business development activities.
- Generate leads and maintain outreach pipelines.
- Support branding, communication, and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal teams and reporting managers.
- Maintain daily reporting and task updates.
- Follow assigned targets, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Maintain professionalism in all official communications.
- Adapt to changing business requirements and responsibilities as assigned by the Company.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong discipline, punctuality, and professional conduct.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, outreach,



or business communication is preferred.
- Candidates must have access to a laptop/desktop and stable high-speed internet connection.

STIPEND STRUCTURE
- Monthly Stipend: ₹3,000/-8000INR - per month (Gross)
- Stipend shall be released at month-end subject to:
- satisfactory performance,
- policy compliance,
- attendance compliance,
- and successful continuation after probation.

PROBATION PERIOD
- The internship begins with a mandatory probation period of 15 calendar days.
- During the probation period:
- the Company reserves the right to terminate the internship without prior notice,
- and without payment of salary, stipend, or compensation.

- Upon satisfactory completion of probation, the candidate shall receive written confirmation of continued engagement.
- Only after written confirmation shall the intern be considered officially confirmed.

SIX-MONTH COMMITMENT BOND
- This internship includes a mandatory 6-month commitment bond after confirmation.
- 10% of the monthly stipend shall be deducted every month as a security deposit.
- The deducted amount shall be refunded in full upon successful completion of the 6-month commitment period.
- If the intern voluntarily leaves before completion of the bond period:
- the entire security deposit shall stand forfeited,
- and shall not be refunded.
