Position Overview

We are looking for an innovative and problem-solving AI Automation & Systems Specialist who can build automation workflows, integrate digital systems, and improve operational efficiency using modern AI and automation tools.

The ideal candidate should understand workflows, automation logic, CRM systems, integrations, and AI-powered business solutions while being capable of creating scalable systems for internal operations and client projects.

You will work closely with operations, software, marketing, and leadership teams to develop intelligent workflows and modern automation systems.

Key Responsibilities

Automation & Workflow Systems

- Build automation workflows for internal and client operations
- Automate repetitive business tasks and reporting systems
- Create structured operational workflows and digital processes
- Improve productivity through intelligent automation systems

CRM & System Integrations

- Integrate CRM systems and operational tools
- Connect platforms using APIs and automation software
- Manage lead management and workflow systems
- Build scalable digital process structures

AI & Process Optimization

- Explore AI-powered tools and integrations
- Improve business workflows using AI systems
- Assist in developing modern operational ecosystems
- Suggest scalable technology solutions and process improvements

Collaboration & Execution





- Coordinate with software, operations, and marketing teams
- Understand business requirements and convert them into automation systems
- Maintain organized documentation and process workflows
- Ensure reliable and efficient system execution
