About Us
Power Bridge is an AV and IT infrastructure solutions provider, founded in 2018, with offices across Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, Mumbai and NCR. We are partnered with all leading IT & AV Infrastructure OEMs — HPE, DELL, Lenovo, Apple, Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, HPE Aruba, NetApp, Samsung, Crestron, QSC, Barco, Poly and more — to deliver turnkey networking, security, data center, and collaboration solutions across India.
Our organisation is evolving into a more scalable structure to support the growing complexity and volume of customer deployments. The Networking practice handles end-to-end network and security implementations for a broad customer base, owning everything from low-level design through commissioning and customer signoff.
Position Overview
We are creating a new leadership layer — a Practice Lead for Networking — who will head all network and security implementations. You will own the practice end-to-end, leading a team of L1 and L2 network engineers, designing and reviewing LLDs, planning resources across concurrent customer projects, and driving automation to scale our delivery. You will report directly to the Director of Technology.
What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end delivery of all network and security implementations across the practice
- Lead a team of L1 and L2 network engineers and grow the team as the practice scales
- Remain hands-on in complex customer engagements, leading advanced implementations, troubleshooting, and technical escalations
- Provide technical leadership to L1 and L2 engineers by mentoring, reviewing solutions, and supporting them on challenging issues
- Design and review Low-Level Designs (LLDs) from solution-architect HLDs, typically within 5 working days of customer workshops
- Take handover from the presales / solution-architect team during internal and external project kickoffs
- Plan resources across multiple concurrent customer projects, sequencing work around customer readiness (cabling, terminations, site access)
- Drive on-site customer workshops, planning sessions, and design conversations as the senior point of contact
- Build automation — scripts, templated configurations, deployment playbooks — to scale repeatable deployments (e.g. 50-switch rollouts)
- Conduct post-implementation customer reviews and obtain formal signoff on delivered scope
Requirements Must-Have
- 10–12 years of hands-on networking and security implementation experience
- Proven experience leading a team of network engineers in a multi-customer delivery environment (System Integrator, OEM, or Distributor background)
- Strong hands-on with firewall platforms: Cisco, Fortigate, and Palo Alto
- Expertise in switching and Wi-Fi: HP Aruba and Cisco (Meraki, Catalyst, SF/SG)
- NAC implementation experience with HP Aruba ClearPass or Cisco ISE
- Security solutions experience with Cisco Umbrella and multi-factor authentication
- Solid LLD design discipline and ability to drive design conversations with customers
- Resource planning across multiple concurrent customer projects
Good-to-Have
- Experience with Wi-Fi active heat-map surveys and remediation
- Routing protocol depth — OSPF, BGP
- Scripting / automation for repeatable network deployments
- Background from comparable system integrators (Frontier, Team Computers, SOIH, etc.)
Benefits
- Health insurance coverage for self, spouse and kids.
- Long-term benefit savings plan with employer matching contributions
- Opportunities for professional development and advancement within the organization
