Senior Data Analyst

This position goes beyond traditional data/process mining. The ideal candidate acts as a Business Process Consultant and Data Engineer, who will lead the PR-to-PO conversion workstream and manage the enterprise Celonis platform from both business and technical perspectives.

- PQL
- Ariba
- SQL

Qualifications Must Have:
- 8+ years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, or business intelligence — preferably in procurement / supply chain domains. (Deep business process understanding)
- Deep hands-on expertise with Celonis— including data modeling (Case Centric & OCPM), PQL, Action Flows, PAMs, and platform administration. (min exp. - 4yrs)
- Strong SQL proficiency and working experience with SAP, Ariba, Snowflake, and SQL Server as data source. (min exp. - 5yrs)
- Proven experience with ETL processes, data quality management, and data governance best practices. (min exp.



- 5yrs)
- Demonstrated understanding of AI/ML concepts — specifically the ability to evaluate AI agent architectures, agentic workflow design, and scope AI-driven automation for business processes. (less exp. will work, but should have deep understanding)
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.

Good to Have:
- Experience with PR-to-PO or S2P/P2P process mining use cases.
- Background in process improvement methodologies preferred, must have ability to define and complete end-to-end process use-case independently.
- Experience working in global, cross-functional team environments.
