Position Summary
The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for digital customer acquisition across Meta and Google platforms, overseeing annual advertising budgets exceeding ₹2 Crore. This role demands a highly analytical individual skilled in optimizing key performance indicators such as ROAS, CAC, CPC, CPM, and conversion rates, while contributing to overall business profitability through diligent budget and P&L; management.
Success will be evaluated based on revenue growth, acquisition efficiency, forecasting accuracy, and the capacity to implement data-driven strategies that enhance business performance.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Media Management
- Oversee and optimize advertising campaigns on Meta and Google platforms.
- Strategically allocate budgets across various channels based on performance insights.
- Scale campaigns effectively while adhering to efficiency targets.
Analytics & Reporting
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports.
- Analyze customer acquisition funnels and conversion metrics.
- Identify potential growth avenues through in-depth data analysis.
Budget & P&L; Ownership
- Manage annual advertising budgets surpassing ₹2 Crore.
- Monitor the efficiency of spend and overall profitability.
- Contribute to revenue forecasting and business planning processes.
Testing & Optimization
- Execute A/B tests for creatives, audience segments, landing pages, and offers.
- Formulate hypotheses and validate them through experimentation.
- Continuously strive to improve campaign performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with creative, product, e-commerce, and leadership teams.
- Translate overarching business objectives into actionable acquisition strategies.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
- Proven experience managing campaigns on Meta and Google Ads.
- Demonstrated experience managing annual budgets exceeding ₹2 Crore.
- Solid understanding of:
- ROAS
- CAC
- CPC
- CPM
- CTR
- Conversion Rate
- Customer Lifetime Value
- Proficiency in advanced Excel and Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Experience with P&L; management is advantageous.
