The ideal candidate will have prior exposure to auditing manufacturing, service, and pharma industry clients and should be ready to take ownership of audit assignments end-to-end.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and finalize statutory audits for clients in manufacturing, service, and pharma sectorsReview financial statements for compliance with applicable accounting standards (Ind AS/AS), Companies Act, 2013, and other statutory requirementsConduct risk assessment and design audit programs accordinglyVerify books of accounts, vouch transactions, and test internal controlsReview inventory verification and costing records (specific to manufacturing/pharma clients)Prepare and review audit working papers, schedules,



and documentationDraft audit reports, CARO reporting, and management lettersLiaise with client teams to resolve audit queries and obtain necessary informationEnsure timely completion of audits within budgeted hours and deadlinesGuide and review work of article assistants/junior team membersStay updated with changes in accounting standards, tax laws, and audit regulationsRequired Qualifications & SkillsQualified Chartered Accountant (CA) — mandatoryMinimum 2+ years of post-qualification experience in statutory auditPrior experience auditing manufacturing, service, or pharma companies strongly preferredStrong knowledge of Ind AS/AS, Companies Act, 2013, and CARO reportingProficiency in Tally, SAP, or other ERP systemsGood working knowledge of MS Excel and audit toolsStrong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple audit assignments and meet deadlinesWillingness to travel to client locations as required
