Role Description The Investment Banking Intern will support transaction execution and advisory engagements within the education real estate sector. This full-time hybrid role is based in Gurugram, with a combination of in-office work and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with financial modeling, market and sector research, investment analysis,



and preparation of pitch materials and client presentations. The intern will help in conducting preliminary due diligence, compiling transaction documents, and supporting senior team members in evaluating capital market and strategic advisory opportunities. The role offers exposure to institutional investors, education operators, and real estate assets, providing hands-on experience in investment banking workflows.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess financial performance, and support investment decisions.Candidates should possess Financial Modeling and Finance skills to build valuation models, analyze capital structures, and support transaction structuring.Candidates should possess knowledge of Investments and Due Diligence to evaluate opportunities, identify risks, and assist in transaction review processes.Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.Effective written and verbal communication skills, with a professional approach to working in diverse, cross-functional teams.Interest in real estate, education sector investing, and capital markets; prior internship experience in finance or consulting is an advantage.
