Experience & Education Duration : 15 to 20 years of fabrication workshop experience.Degree : Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or metallurgical engineering.Domain : Heavy engineering, pressure vessels, Heat Exchangers, piping, or structural steel fabrication.Certifications & Technical SkillsNDT Qualifications : Valid ASNT Level III in RT, UT, PT, and MT.Welding Credentials : Certified Welding Engineer (AWS-CWE) or International Welding Engineer (IWE).Code Knowledge : Mastery of ASME (Sections I, VIII, IX), ASTM, API, and AWS codes.Key ResponsibilitiesManagement & ComplianceSystem Oversight : Maintain and audit the ISO 9001 Quality Management System.Authority Liaison : Manage interactions with third-party inspection agencies (TPIAs) like EIL,LRS, TUV, DNV and BVIS.Customer Audits : Act as the primary technical point of contact for client quality audits.
