In this role, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment, managing teams (for lead/manager roles), and ensuring successful talent delivery for our US clients.Key ResponsibilitiesFor Recruiter:Source and attract candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and other platforms.Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.Manage the full recruitment life cycle from sourcing to offer negotiation.Build and maintain strong candidate relationships while achieving hiring targets.For Lead / Manager:Handle a team of recruiters, providing training, guidance, and performance management.Assign requirements, monitor progress,
