Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team in the facade and building materials domain. This role is ideal for freshers who are eager to learn, build industry relationships, and grow their careers in technical sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong skilled relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and developers.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations to clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and emerging technologies.
- Assist in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and business opportunities.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, seminars, and industry networking events.
- Support the sales team in lead generation, follow-ups, and client coordination.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project details, and market feedback.
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, technical, and operations) to ensure smooth execution of projects.

Skills & Competencies





- Basic to strong knowledge of facade systems and building materials such as glass, aluminum, stone, composites, and related products.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Willingness to learn technical products and understand construction industry requirements.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to grow in a sales-oriented role.

Qualifications

- MBA in Marketing / BBA or any relevant degree.
- Freshers are welcome – comprehensive training will be provided.
