Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Finacle customizations and enhancements based on business requirements.

• Analyze functional requirements and convert them into technical solutions.

• Perform customization, debugging, testing, and issue resolution in Finacle.

• Work on Finacle 7x / 10x customization activities.

• Develop and modify Finacle screens, menus, scripts, reports, interfaces, and related components.

• Work with SQL/PLSQL and Oracle Database for development and troubleshooting.

• Support SIT, UAT, production deployment, and post-production activities.

• Investigate production issues and provide effective root-cause analysis and solutions.

• Coordinate with functional teams, testing teams, and project stakeholders.





• Prepare and maintain technical documentation related to customizations and enhancements.

• Ensure timely delivery of assigned customization and support activities.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in Finacle Customization.

• Hands-on experience in Finacle CBS customization/development.

• Valuable knowledge of Finacle 7x / 10x.

• Strong knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL.

• Good understanding of Oracle Database.

• Experience in Finacle modules such as CASA, Deposits, Loans, CRM, etc.

• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in production support and issue resolution.
