Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP GRC Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Security and SAP GRC Access Control AC The candidate will be responsible for implementing configuring enhancing and supporting SAP GRC solutions ensuring compliance risk mitigation and access governance across SAP landscapes

Key Responsibilities

Implement and support SAP GRC Access Control modules

Access Risk Analysis ARA

Emergency Access Management EAM

Access Request Management ARM

Business Role Management BRM

User Access Review UAR

Perform Segregation of Duties SoD analysis and remediation

Configure and maintain risk rulesets mitigating controls and compliance monitoring

Design and support SAP Security roles and authorizations across SAP ECC S4HANA BW CRM SRM and SAP BTP environments

Manage user provisioning role assignment and approval workflows

Conduct Firefighter ID setup and monitoring

Work with business stakeholders auditors and compliance teams to address audit findings and security risks

Support SAP GRC upgrades system integration and migration activities





Develop functional specifications and review technical developments

Perform security testing user acceptance testing UAT and production support

Prepare project documentation SOPs design documents and knowledge transfer materials

Collaborate with Basis Functional and Technical teams for security and compliance requirements

Required Skills

Robust experience in SAP GRC Access Control 10x12x

Handson experience with ARA ARM BRM EAM and UAR

Expertise in SAP Security and Authorization concepts

Experience with SoD analysis risk management and compliance controls

Knowledge of SAP S4HANA Security concepts

Experience in role design role remediation and user provisioning

Understanding of SAP audit and regulatory compliance requirements

Ability to troubleshoot authorization and GRC workflow issues

Preferred Skills

SAP IAG Identity Access Governance experience
