Roles and Responsibilities :
- Coordinate logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers.
- Manage shipment tracking, warehouse operations, and transport operations to meet SLA targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to supply chain disruptions or delays.
- Analyze data to optimize logistics processes and improve efficiency.
Job Requirements :
- 1-5 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.
- Solid understanding of last mile, logistics operations, supply chain operations, TAT (Turnaround Time), tower operations, warehouse operations, and transport operations.
- Proficiency in Hindi language is required
