Location - Pune preferred, but remote work in EU time zone
Shift: 9 hrs in EU time

Required Skills:
• 12-13 years of experience in SAP
• S4 HANA End-to-End Test Automation and Quality Assurance.
• Deep technical expertise in Tricentis Tosca Automation and AI-enabled tools.
• Strong hands-on experience with qTest, JIRA-Zephyr, and HP ALM/Opentext ALM.
• Proven experience creating and enhancing automation frameworks.
• Robust understanding of Web, API, Integration, and End-to-End automation testing.
• Experience with CI/CD and Agile delivery models.
• Demonstrated ability to drive organizational automation growth and efficiency.
Leadership Expectations:
• Lead, coach, and introduce automation across Workstreams and Country team members.
• Support resource planning and workload management.
• Build a culture of quality engineering, team mentoring and continuous improvement.
Success Metrics:
• Increase automation coverage across applications.
• Reduce testing cycle time and manual effort.




• Improve projects and release quality and defect detection effectiveness.
• Enhance framework stability and execution success rates.

Responsibilities:
• Define and execute enterprise automation testing strategy.
• Increase automation coverage and reduce manual testing effort across programs.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable End to End automation framework for S4 HANA, Mobile, Web and Delphi applications using Tricentis Tosca and AI-enabled tools.
• Troubleshoot complex automation and framework issues and drive root cause resolution.
• Manage test automation planning,mexecution, defect management, reporting, and quality metrics.
• Lead and mentor a team of 6 automation engineers and test analysts.
• Work closely with business, development, and Country teams to ensure quality delivery.
• Drive automation governance, standards, best practices, and KPI tracking.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
