We are looking for a highly skilled and delivery-focused Senior Full Stack Engineer with 8 10 years of hands-on experience designing, building, and maintaining enterprise-grade web applications. This role is a blend of deep technical expertise and collaborative leadership you will architect scalable systems, mentor junior engineers, and partner with product and design stakeholders to translate complex requirements into robust, user-centric solutions.

Architecture & Solution Design

Design and own end-to-end architecture for scalable full stack web applications, covering front-end SPA/SSR frameworks, back-end API layers, and persistence stores.

Build and maintain performant, accessible, and responsive front-end interfaces using React / Next.js and TypeScript, adhering to WCAG accessibility standards.

Develop robust back-end services, RESTful APIs, and GraphQL schemas in Node.js or Python, ensuring reliability, observability, and scalability.

Manage relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB), write optimised queries,



design schemas, and implement caching strategies using Redis.

Integrate third-party services, payment gateways, identity providers (OAuth 2.0 / OIDC), and cloud-native services (AWS Lambda, S3, SQS, etc.).

Contribute to product roadmap discussions, proactively surfacing opportunities to leverage emerging technologies for competitive advantage.

Embed security best practices: input validation, parameterised queries, secrets management (Vault / AWS Secrets Manager), OWASP Top 10 mitigation.

Perform performance profiling and optimization front-end bundle analysis, Lighthouse audits, database query optimisation, and API latency tuning.

Technical Leadership & Delivery

Establish and enforce coding standards, peer-review practices, DevOps pipeline governance and setting management strategies.

Conduct architecture and code reviews, identifying risks and driving resolution before they impact production stability or user experience.

Partner with project managers and delivery leads to scope, estimate, and sequence technical work with accuracy.
