- Responsible for delivering the targets as per plan
- Set up Home Loans / LAP sourcing through DSA
- Managing the incremental monthly disbursements through various activities
- Revenue generation thru Cross Sell opportunities
- Ensure sales activities for increased lead flow and business volume.
- Develop a process flow for smooth product delivery and resolve Credit queries on time
- Provide management with comprehensive information about sales, costs, risks and profitability
- Ensure proper tracking of FOS and monitor productivity and efficiency
- Motivate the Sales Team to perform
- Compliance & customer service
- Manage FOS Attrition
