Responsibilities

- Join discovery calls with prospective clients, understand their business problem, and ask the right technical questions before proposing a solution
- Translate vague client requirements into transparent scope, architecture direction, effort estimates, and delivery timelines
- Prepare technical proposals, solution documents, and ROI justification documents that help clients approve budgets internally
- Build quick prototypes, proof of concepts, and technical demos to support the sales conversation
- Work with the delivery team to validate that what is promised in pre-sales can actually be built within the estimate
- Handle technical objections around scalability, security, integrations, and platform choices during client discussions
- Support RFP and RFI responses with accurate technical content.

Requirements

- 3 to 10 years of hands-on full stack development experience, not theoretical exposure. You should have personally built and shipped production applications
- Working knowledge across frontend and backend:



JavaScript or TypeScript with React, Node.js, PHP or Python, REST and GraphQL APIs, SQL and NoSQL databases, cloud deployment on AWS or Azure
- Ability to explain architecture decisions, trade-offs, and technical risks in language a non-technical client understands
- Demonstrated experience writing ROI documentation, business cases, cost benefit analysis, and value justification for technical projects
- Fluent English, both verbal and written. You will be speaking directly with international clients and writing documents that go to decision makers
- Comfort in client-facing situations including calls, demos, and follow-up communication.
