Job Summary:

We are looking for a Land Acquisition professional with 3+ years of real estate experience to identify, evaluate, and acquire land parcels for residential and commercial projects. The candidate should have robust knowledge of RERA, land due diligence, statutory approvals, and state-specific development authority regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and evaluate land parcels for development.
- Manage end-to-end land acquisition, including negotiations and documentation.
- Coordinate with landowners, brokers, legal teams, and government authorities.
- Conduct land due diligence, title verification, and document validation.
- Ensure compliance with RERA and state-specific development authority rules.
- Liaise with statutory authorities for approvals and clearances.
- Maintain acquisition records, reports, and project documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Any Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Land Acquisition within the Real Estate industry.
- Strong understanding of RERA, land acquisition processes, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Knowledge:

- Candidates should have knowledge of the applicable development authorities and regulations based on the respective location:
- Chennai: CMDA, DTCP, TNRERA, TNUIDB
- Bangalore: BDA, BBMP, BMRDA, Karnataka RERA
- Pune: PMRDA, PMC/PCMC, MahaRERA
- Mumbai: MMRDA, BMC, CIDCO, MahaRERA
