Role & responsibilities
* Manage daily operations of multiple salon locations.
* Ensure SOP and brand standard compliance.
* Monitor sales, customer satisfaction, and operational performance.
* Lead, train, and mentor salon teams.
* Conduct operational audits and performance reviews.
* Coordinate with HR, Marketing, Training, Procurement, and Finance teams.
* Handle customer escalations and operational challenges.
* Monitor inventory, expenses, and operational efficiency.
* Support franchise partners to achieve business goals.
* Prepare MIS reports and analyze business performance.
Preferred candidate profile
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
* Minimum 3 years of relevant operations experience.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
* Willingness to travel.
