Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive enterprise-level QA automation strategy across UI, API, and mobile domains aligned with product and engineering goals.
- Establish governance, standards, and reusable framework libraries to ensure consistency, scalability, and maintainability across teams.
- Lead multi-team automation initiatives, ensuring alignment with CI/CD, DevOps, and release management practices.
- Define KPIs such as automation coverage, test effectiveness, defect leakage, and cycle time, and drive continuous improvement.
- Accountable for automation ROI, defect leakage trends, and release confidence across programs.
- Drive adoption of advanced practices such as intelligent test selection, analytics-driven quality, and self-healing test strategies.
- Collaborate with architects and product stakeholders to ensure systems are designed for testability and observability.
- Oversee risk management, reporting, and audit readiness of QA processes across programs.
- Build and mentor high-performing automation teams and promote a culture of engineering excellence and quality-first mindset.
