- Rails (Ruby on Rails)

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable enterprise applications using Ruby on Rails aligned with business and technical requirements.
- Define application architecture approaches and development standards using Ruby on Rails best practices.
- Lead development of reusable application modules, shared services, and framework-based components.
- Design and optimize application workflows, business logic implementation, and application structure.
- Establish development standards, coding practices, and quality guidelines across Rails-based applications.
- Review application designs and code to ensure adherence to architecture and engineering standards.
- Troubleshoot complex application issues through detailed root cause analysis and sustainable solutions.
- Drive application performance optimization, maintainability improvements, and code quality initiatives.
- Ensure applications are scalable, reliable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives.
- Support testing, deployment, and release management activities.
- Mentor team members on Ruby on Rails development and engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to support end-to-end solution delivery.
