We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Service Cloud Specialist to join our team at Forward Eye Technologies, an industry leader in E-Learning/EdTech. The ideal candidate will have 8 years of experience and be available to start on or before January 29, 2026.
Roles and Responsibility
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for Salesforce implementations.
- Provide training and support to end-users on current Salesforce features and functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce implementation.
- Analyze customer feedback and recommend improvements to the Salesforce platform.
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions using Salesforce best practices.
Job Requirements
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud architecture and its components.
- Experience with Salesforce development tools such as Apex, LWC, and Visualforce.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and version control systems like Git.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and EdTech industry trends is a plus.
