Associate Program Manager - Internal Job Posting (IJP)

We are looking for an Associate Program Manager to support the Internal Job Posting (IJP) program through data analysis, dashboard management, and executive reporting. The role will partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, and business stakeholders to drive internal mobility initiatives and provide actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze IJP data, hiring trends, and program performance metrics.
- Create and maintain dashboards using Power BI, Excel, or similar tools.
- Develop executive-level PowerPoint presentations and business reviews.
- Generate recurring and ad hoc reports with actionable recommendations.
- Support process improvements and stakeholder reporting requirements.
- Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in Program Management, HR Analytics, TA Operations, or a related field.
- Solid skills in Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent analytical, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with recruiting, internal mobility, or HR data is preferred.
