About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Construction Manager – C&I; & MEP to lead end-to-end site execution for commercial interior fit-out projects. The role will oversee both Civil & Interior (C&I;) and MEP works, ensuring effective coordination, quality, safety, cost control and timely project delivery.

- Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end construction execution covering C&I; and MEP works for commercial interior fit-out projects.
- Plan and monitor site activities in line with project schedules, milestones and handover dates.
- Manage Civil, Interior and MEP activities including partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery, finishes, HVAC, electrical, fire protection and plumbing.
- Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Design, BIM, consultants, vendors and contractors.
- Manage multiple contractors and subcontractors and ensure adequate manpower, materials and resources.
- Review GFC drawings, shop drawings, BOQs, specifications and technical submissions.
- Ensure C&I; and MEP works are properly coordinated and executed without clashes or interface issues.
- Monitor daily and weekly site progress against planned targets and take corrective action for delays.
- Ensure execution is as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQ and project quality standards.




- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure quality of workmanship and installation.
- Monitor material requirements, procurement, deliveries and site availability.
- Identify technical, execution and interface issues and drive timely resolution.
- Monitor productivity, quantities, wastage and resource utilisation.
- Ensure compliance with project safety requirements and EHS standards.
- Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, snagging and rectification activities.
- Lead final project handover and ensure all C&I; and MEP documentation is completed.
- Conduct regular progress and coordination meetings with clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams.
- Prepare and maintain project progress reports, site records and execution documentation.
- Requirements 3+years of experience in commercial interiors, construction or interior fit-out.
- Solid experience handling both C&I; and MEP execution on commercial / corporate workplace projects.
- Strong knowledge of civil, interior finishing and MEP services.
- Proven experience in contractor and subcontractor management.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, civil and MEP drawings, BOQs and specifications.
- Strong understanding of project planning, execution, quality, safety and handover.
- Experience managing multiple teams and activities at site.
- Strong coordination skills across C&I;, MEP, Design and Project Management teams.
- Good client, consultant and vendor management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Knowledge of MS Project / Primavera and MS Office will be an advantage.

Education: Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering,B.E. / B.Tech or equivalent.
