- On-Field Experience: Must have a solid background working on the ground as a Pipe Fitter. Practical knowledge of piping routing, fit-ups, and structural constraints is mandatory.
- Component Mastery: Expert knowledge of pipes, valves, and specialized fittings, specifically single and double ferrule fittings used in high-pressure or instrumentation lines.
- Material Competency: Robust understanding of various material grades (Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Alloys) common in steel plants and shipyards.
- Software Skills: Hands-on proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and 3D focusing primarily on piping layouts, isometric generation, and routing.
- Estimation: Ability to independently read layouts and generate clean, accurate Material Take-Offs (MTO) for procurement.
- Travel Flexibility: Must be willing to travel across India and internationally for site surveys, client meetings, or project commissioning when required.
Note: Construction/Building Construction candidates will not be considered. Pipe Fitter field experience is mandatory.
