Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The role involves communicating with potential clients, understanding their needs, maintaining client relationships, and creating new business opportunities. Freshers who are eager to learn and grow are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact prospective clients and explain the

company's products/services.

• Conduct outbound calls and follow up with potential customers.

• Schedule meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations with clients.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

• Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions.

• Contribute to the company's growth by identifying business opportunities and

maintaining strong client relationships.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and

support.

Required Skills:





• Robust communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good negotiation and relationship-building abilities.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office tools.

• Familiarity with CRM tools, Excel, or Google Sheets for lead management and client tracking will be an added advantage.

• Ability to maintain lead databases and follow-up records efficiently.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in sales, business development, tele calling, or client relationship management.

• Knowledge of CRM platforms will be an added advantage.

• Fresher’s with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
